Yoga Therapy for Rest and Sleep: A Series

Our stress levels are higher than ever, and the quality of our sleep is at stake. In these times of the COVID-19 pandemic and endemic, drifting off into deep states of sleep may be elusive, leading us to wonder if we’ll ever get over this “coronasomnia.” In each 90-minute session of the three-part series, Pamela will review how the overwhelm so many of us are experiencing can contribute to insomnia, and she’ll offer yoga practices to decrease our collective tension and support our individual ability to rest and relax. These sessions will include intake/assessment, breathwork, meditation, journaling, reflection and contemplation, and asana. We will explore evidence-based yoga tools to combat sleep deprivation and fatigue, as well as regulate the nervous system and activate the vagus nerve. At Crofton Yoga – January 14, 21, and 28, 2023. Register HERE. Online/virtual dates are the 4th Monday of every month – Register HERE. Interested? Email at
