Serving diverse and global majority populations with the teachings of yoga, Pamela is the lead subject matter expert, yoga therapist, yoga teacher, mindfulness instructor and wellness service provider for military/veteran caregivers, along with the sleep-deprived. As the spouse of a wounded warrior with post-traumatic stress (PTS) and traumatic brain injury (TBI), she experienced sleep deprivation along with her husband. Returning to consistent yoga practice and a nutrition and natural lifestyle regimen, it has become her passion to help caregivers, military family members, and others feel more relaxed, a renewed sense of calm, and improved health and wellness.
