Yoga2Sleep is an organization that uses sleep, yoga and natural living techniques to promote better sleep for the best life™. Serving specialized populations with the teachings of yoga, Pamela is the lead subject matter expert, yoga therapist, yoga teacher, mindfulness instructor and wellness service provider for military and veteran caregivers. As the spouse of a wounded warrior with post-traumatic stress (PTS) and traumatic brain injury (TBI), she experienced sleep deprivation along with her husband. Returning to a consistent yoga practice and a nutrition and natural lifestyle regimen, it has become her passion to help caregivers, military family members and others feel more relaxed, a renewed sense of calm, and improved health and wellness.
